Request an Estimate

While locating a good professional painter may not be an easy task, the results will be worth your effort. Please keep the following in mind during your search:

• Frequently you will determine that the lowest bidder does not necessarily offer the best value. NEVER shop a paint job on the basis of price alone.
• Obtain at least two written estimates, which clearly defines the exact details of the work to be performed. These details should include areas of work, items to be painted, job set up, type of preparation, paints and materials to be used, number of coats, jobsite clean up and start and finish dates
• What is the warranty on the work? What is the remedy if there is a paint failure?
• Validate licenses. All professionals will be licensed by the State of Maryland.
• Request a copy of insurance certificates for liability and workers' compensation
• Request a list of references and verify at least two before signing any contracts
